More information about Bioken:
Brought to you by Bioken Enfanti, this exclusive system of shampoos, conditioners and treatments is free of sulfate, paraben, gluten, and alcohol, and is ideal for damaged, chemically treated hair.  Using certified organic extracts, 72 essential trace minerals work together to provide a highly effective transfer of major nutrients into the hair while Ceramides restore elasticity and strengthen strands.

One of the three types of lipids found inside of the scale-like structure of the cuticle, Ceramides work to reinforce hair and keep it intact.  In damaged hair, the Ceramides are missing, which results in dull, coarse and dry tresses. By adding Ceramides back into the hair, these lipids bind the scales of the cuticle together and result in healthy, smooth and lustrous strands.

The proprietary m72 system uses a unique blend of essential oils including safflower, grape seed, olive, coconut, palm, and macadamia along with USDA certified organic extracts from green tea, chamomile, acai fruit, rosemary, sage, nettle, and others. This formula provides trace minerals that are essential to the body and offers the most effective infusion of nutrients into the hair and scalp. For more info:

Clutter Free with Music Magpie

My hubby is a DVDs and video game hoarders. Like you can imagine we have a large amount of DVDs, video games and Cd's we don't use. We have game consoles from back in the day and if I could get rid of them I would.

We recently moved from Riverside to LA and I found out how much stuff we actually had. Though it was a very short amount of time that I had to pack, I was able to separate all the DVDs games etc in a different box. It makes it difficult for anybody to move or even save space for other things when you have cabinets full of stuff. So I made it a challenge for me to get rid of some of the old stuff and I found the perfect way of doing so!

Guylian Chocolate Review

I was so excited about the opportunity to review Guylian Chocolates! I have a sweet tooth so this made my day when I opened my box filled with delicious goodies. Inside the box I received Chocolate Truffle Boxes in both original and extra dark chocolate. They were enough for me to share with the family. All of the chocolates come with a signature hazelnut filling that is to die for!
