Borghese Cosmetics Holiday Collection with swatches!

I was so excited to receive the Borghese Holiday Collection in the mail a week ago. I love so many things about Borghese including the product packaging. The first thing that I was drawn too of course was the palette Eclissare Color Eclipse Shadow and Light Luminous Eye Palette, I had to take a look and swatch the colors. It is a thin elongated shape with a magnet clasp with the Borghese logo. Inside is a very cute mirror perfect to focus on your eyes. Inside is 12 shades from light to dark. I love smokey eye looks specially for special events or night outs. This palette lets you do a natural day look or dramatic eyes for night.  Last but not least it includes a duo fiber brush great for blending and smudging.

Makeup look using all Borghese products

Eclissare Color Eclipse Shadow and Light Luminous Eye Palette $55

Shroud - a deep charcoal-grey with blue undertones, highly metallized.
Immortal - a deep charcoal-black with subtle silver glitter

Closer look at the colors. I am in love with Afterglow, Wane, Impact and Downfall. I love a shimmer bronzy eyeshadow look and I think these do the job quite well.

Eclissare ColorEdge Eye Pencils $21.50 Available in 4 colors.

How can you complete an eye look without eyeliner. I received mine in Pitch Black. I love the pigmentation of this eyeliner. It is a very dark black and I love that you can also use to create a dramatic smokey eye look by smudging with eyeshadow. Or you can go the safe way with a cat eye or to use in your waterline.

I also received a mini Superiore State of the Art Mascara in Black. The brush is great to add volume and lengthen your eyelashes. The full size runs for $19.50 and it is available in 2 colors.

I am absolutely amazed by the Prima Viso Face Primer. First try was enough to show me how great my foundations runs smoothly and helps with the blending. It leaves your face feeling so smooth. I also felt a slight difference in how oily my skin was at the end of the night which is amazing considering nothing gets passed my t zone after a few hours.

Although I am not a big fan of lip gloss I have to admit I was curious on how these would look. I love that it is a thick consistency that eventually dries and compliments your lip color. These are great for the holidays and gives you a glam look with the shine and glitter. These are available in 9 other colors, I received Simmer and Spark.

One of my favorites has to be this B Moisture Advanced Care Lip Colour in Grappa (creme). Although I mostly gravitate to matte lipsticks because they last long I was impressed with how long this lipstick stayed on. This color is so pretty and very similar to those I use on the daily. The lipstick is very moisturizing. I ate and the color was still there, when I find a lipstick that can do that I know that is a keeper.

And last  but not least Fango Purificante Clay Cleanser witch to me me is one of the best Borghese product. It is a smooth cleanser that helps you clear your face from pimples. It cleans down to the pores. It leaves your skin feeling soft and clean. It helps with oily skin does not dry it up and smells clean as well. For those of you who are concerned with smells. This is a great mask and cleanser.
